The Nyári Cellar is a family business, and the love of grapes and wine was an inner impulse for all of them, a love coming from the heart. Not only the male members of the family, but also the daughters were committed to the estate.

"The family never pushed me to do it, which is probably why I was so interested in it as a child. I decided to become a winemaker after tasting an exciting red wine," says Emese Nyári, the winery's female winemaker. 

In addition to their usual programmes - Secrets deep in the mountain, Summer Feast - they also organise themed tastings, highlighting a particular variety and introducing it in a vertical tasting. Every year, they strive to bottle the best wines worthy of the reputation of the Badacsony wine region. "I'm lucky that my grandfather realised his dream in this very place, so now our guests can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the Szent György Hill."
