Hableány Badacsony

Hableány means the development of Lake Balaton, gastronomy, wine, the wine region, and the dreams that can come true with a lot of hard work. In the summer of 2019, an old dream came true with the renovation and reopening of the old building of the Hableány.

The Hableány Bistro has been a restaurant and meeting point since the late 1800s, and the hostel, opened in 1883, gained its shape in 1963. It was a place for weddings, birthdays, big conversations, a meeting place for sailors, it is no different today.

The iconic building, the huge terrace, the central location make it a real community space, a regional center, where it is good to go for a glass of wine, lunch, dinner, but it also has more excitement! Enter the multifunctional space, where there is a bistro, wine bar, wine shop, one of the most modern wineries in the area. In addition to tasting the wines of Laposa Birtok and the dishes of the modern Balaton bistro kitchen based on local ingredients, you can immediately see the huge tanks.
