Balázs Sike and his team are waiting for all guests in their wine bar in Badacsonytördemic!
'FROM SKIZO TO THE FOUNDATION OF SIKE BALÁZS'
'SKIZO as a name was a true reflection of the rebellious, pure, uncompromising personality in our approach to winemaking. In the 10 years that have passed, SKIZO and "Individuality is more." has begun to mean something to many of us. Something good. Working in the vineyard, working as a winemaker, I realized early on, I understood the meaning of both worlds. I called it individuality, but I meant wine category. The cellar of SIKE BALÁZS brings the true fruit of the mountain, the vineyard, nature, the work of my hands and those of my colleagues, in wine. The wine I love most of all.' - Balázs Sike
Skizo wines will be available in a new location from autumn 2021. Balázs and his wife Réka have become the owners of the former Nefelejcs restaurant (translates to forget-me-not) in Badacsonytördemic, where you can order wine, as well as sauces, hot dishes and desserts:
'A long cherished dream came true last November, when we opened Nefelejcs on the main street of Badacsonytördemic, a few metres from the old wine bar. Balázs Sike's cellar and wines are at their best here. Wine-kitchen-friendship can coexist. As the logo says, along with the wine and food, we want this to be a space where it's fun to be together. Talking, relaxing, listening to each other. We'll be preparing a lot of activities for this, but for a good conversation, good wine, good food and good company are often enough. Make yourselves at home, be our guests!'
We welcome you with love and friendship,
Réka & Balázs and the team of Balázs Sike's Winery
