The Renaissance Palinka House was finally completed after two years of planning. Palinka is a typical Hungarian spirit that is usually made from ripe fruit from the region. A small family business runs the manufactory. The construction started in August 2011 and in March 2012 the family made their own premium brandy. The workshop is young, but is a renewal of the Renaissance, the flavours, feelings, emotions and a perfect harmony of the Renaissance period.
