This autumn, for the first time, the special Fig Festival (FügeFesztivál) will be held at a special location right on the shores of Lake Balaton, which, although it has chosen the juicy figs that are everywhere this time of year as its host, is actually about much more: Péter Vincze and his team want to showcase the cultural and gastronomic development of the region, and by opening up the invitation list to other Hungarian restaurants with similar values. It is almost unbelievable, but this will be the first gastronomic festival truly organised on the shores of Lake Balaton!

The two-day event is aimed not only at guests looking for quality catering, but also at the industry, giving chefs and owners the opportunity for informal discussions and inspiration.
