Badacsony and Badacsonytomaj beach offers a 20% discount on daily admission for guests arriving with a Badacsony card. Ask for a card at your accommodation.
The Badacsonytomaj Beach and the Badacsony Beach await their guests this year with a beautiful setting, expanding services, a sandy beach and a large green area. The beautifully landscaped green areas and sports fields (volleyball, football), a large playground, sandpit, beach with lidos, water sports equipment and free internet are all designed to meet the needs of beach-goers. In recent years, with the help of the municipality, new information equipment, outdoor cabins and steps for water access have been purchased with the help of subsidies, and the green area (lawns, irrigation system) and the water block have been renewed.
On the Badacsony Beach, the existing paving was renovated, and new waste bins, benches, tables and a total of 5 floating sticks were purchased on both beaches, and internet access (wifi) was also improved. All these improvements will be further extended this year: construction of a family-friendly room, renovation of the sports field, installation of a digital information board and tactile stones in the pavement on Badacsonytomaj Municipal Beach, a toilet and shower for disabled persons, a digital information board and a sound system.
Each of the beaches now has a family changing room and a so-called Culture Corner, where grown-ups can read and little ones can play.
