Badacsonytördemic has a long tradition of hosting the Szürkebarát – Szürkemarha (Pinot Gris and Hungarian Grey Cattle) event, so this year the program will be expanded with a special new event:
Organized by the Badacsony Szőlőhegyért Egyesület (Badacsony Vineyard Association), we will hold a Szürkebarát Párbaj / Pinot Gris Duel – an unusual wine tasting event where everything will be about the Pinot Gris!

This time, the "duel" is not a battle, but a meeting of taste experiences: 12 Szürkebarát wines from Badacsony vs. 12 excellent wines from other wine regions of the country.

The aim of the event is not only to promote the grape variety, but also to discover the characteristics of Szürkebarát with expert guidance – and at the same time to get a comprehensive picture of the situation of the variety in Hungary in 2026.
